WoW ScamsWorld of Warcraft Whitehat Scamming Methods ONLY.
[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
Alright, this can probably be improved upon greatly, but here's the main idea. This scam is going to get you user/pass and possibly more depending how crafty you are. This will be an in-game scam but can be taken out of the game, ill explain in this guide.
Required Items
Instant 80 Phisher (optional, many around this site)
Add-on: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
How to execute this scam:
First off i want to say i am almost 100% sure this is not a repost and is new, so many victims . You will start by un-zipping and extracting Achievement Faker into your wow/interface/addons folder. You now want to get on a scammed account. You will NEED atleast a level 61 for this to work. This guide will assume you have a scammed account with a level 80. You will probably have most success rate on a Recommended server(lotta noobs there). You will advertise that you 'have gotten from 70 to 80 in a day, have proof and will tell people how if they pst you'. You will then press Y and under the general tab of your achievements find your level 70 achievement hold alt and click it, set the date to a day before what the date is today. Then find your level 80 achievement and set it the date to today. If someone whispers you and asks for proof, link them both achievements (from your chat log) and tell them to look at the dates. Try to convice them that your legit. From here you have 2 options:
1. Tell them its a glitch that was extremly complecated to figure out and cant be explained in chat. Therefore you need their user/pass to log in and activate it.
2. Link them to a instant 80 phisher and tell them thats how its done.
If option 1, you get instant info
If option 2, you gotta wait for them to fall for it.
Option 2 has a chance to get you Sq/A or e-mail too. Depending on what your phisher asks for. Option 1 can be altered to get you more info, as of now i cant think of a way but im sure its possible.

Note: If using on a character under level 80 but higher than level 61 this is how its done:
Be a level such as 65 lets say, then hold alt and click your level 60 achievement and set the date to the day that it is today, or a day before if you choose. The only thing with this is you will need a different phisher. So in conclusion, id say in-game is easier for this scam with characters under level 80.
EDIT: This scam can be twisted and bent into so many different shapes, it will work for a long time
You may choose to change it all to use different achievements to get different info. You can even say
you'll tell them how you did it for a small amount of money. Then you tell them its an addon then
if blizzard checks the logs they'll see that you told them how you did it, and if you get banned you
can just say it was a joke
