Team scam (double dipping)

OK, this is a scam that I do with my bud and it works pretty well. At most we can grab about $1000-$1250 dollars off of one person, and it looks good when you try to win a case threw paypal.

D O U B L E - D I P P I N G

For this scam, you need:

1. A person who is looking to buy an account.


2. A person who you have previously scammed who has the money, and is reasonably mental. This person also wanted to buy one of your accounts


3. You can't have the person blocked, or the person cannot have you blocked.


4. A buddie. This is not really essential, but it helps. It's easier for person to act like them self then you act like another.


5. A level 80.

The run down.

The convo will probably not go in this order, but will help you in the situation for when it comes.

1: Message the scammed victim asking if he's interested in your character.


2: Chances are he's going to ask you some questions. Stay calm and add small talk. If he asks to see you in game, do it. This makes the person feel much more confident with the trade.


3: Later ask him if he is going to scam you or anything like that. You know that he is not going to, because he has already sent you some money.


4: Mention that you have been scammed by another guy <lie>. Tell him that his AIM or MSN name is you're buddies user name and misspell it. Make sure that your friend has sent a message to the victim BEFORE you mention this. It makes it seem less suspicious. Make sure that your friend has mentioned you if the victim has not. Have you're friend say that you where pretty trust worthy, or something similar. Be creative.



5: He will mention that he has been scammed too by him. Say that he stole you're 80 rogue or something around those lines.


6: When he will ask you for a price, or he will give you an offer. If he asks you for a price, it's good. You can typically push him for more money. If you offer him money,ask for a little bit higher then you normally would, but not the same price as your friend asked for.


7: He may ask you for a phone number. DO NOT GIVE IT TO HIM. Say that you would feel more conferable if you talked one vent. If it's yours, just ban him when your done. If it's not, choose one from a private server, or a public vent and leave when you're finished.


8: When he asks for your paypal info, give it to him. Be sure that you're ready to buy something online when he sends it to you. Me and my friend share a papal, and we split all of our earning 50/50. He will most likely not remember the e-mail address that you gave, if he does, well then this wont work. Also make sure that you tell him to put in the description that this is for trading a WoW account. THAT IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT. That way if he recalls the money(he will) you will probebly win the case.


9: Tell pay pal that you sold him two accounts, and he's just trying to be a jack ass by taking the money back.


If everything goes smoothly, you just made at least $500 off of one person.
