[HINT] Don't scam in English

People who are fluent in languages like Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Polish have great opportunities to scam more safely. The victim may be more likely to trust you if you are from the same country, and Blizzard GMs cannot understand your conversations although they see the logs. Finding victims is easy if you are on a server with a large population from your country. (Ravencrest - Danish, Stormreaver - Finnish for example)

I scammed 2500 g recently asking on trade channel if someone can sell gold, and agreed with the seller that he gives me 50% of the gold before payment. If the victim reports you of doing some scam, it is possible to just explain that he gave you the gold as a gift but changed his mind.

this is bullshit, you dont think blizz employs people who speak those languages also?


you will just get it taken off you and banned like all others...the only good thing this is for is if your scamming with stuff like tgc and dont want the trade chat flooded with "omg SCAMMER!!!"

QFT. I think it would be obvious that if Blizz has a server targeted to a certain region/country they would employ people who speak the common languages there.

The GMs in the English EU servers speak English and rarely other languages. They are busy and don't usually bother to find somebody who can translate conversations in a foreign language.

I don't think that if someone reports you the GM's will just say "We can't understand the conversation, so we won't do anything".
