Get 1000 g + cause a ban to a scammer

Spam on the trade channel offering to sell something or provide a service. For example, "LFW Enchanting, max skill".

Eventually, you'll get a tell from somebody who wants to scam you to sell the service or item cheaper than the market price.

He'll offer a deal like: "I've got only 1000 g today but I can pay you 1500 g more tomorrow. You can trust me." If you have trouble finding such scammers (who are plentiful) you can propose this kind of deal yourself.

Agree to the deal and make sure that logs indicate very clearly that he has agreed to pay you 1000 g more next day. Then he'll likely say "haha noob" and ignore you.

Wait until the next day and make a GM ticket explaining that you were a victim of a scam. Give him the following information:
- The name of the scammer
- The item scammed
- The time when this occurred
- The terms of the deal

The GM will likely escalate the ticket to the Blizzard specialist team investigating scams. Two days later, I got mail with the item included. (It was "Scroll of Enchant Weapon - Berserking - worth 1200 g on my server) The scammer presumably got a warning/ban. This scam is also completely safe.



A variation is to dualbox, "scam yourself" and launder the gold but this can be detected.

This strategy should be easier to you:

Find someone who sells lots of valuable mats on the trade channel. You should buy only such mats which you need anyway, because most people won't scam you. Saronite Ore works but more expensive mats like Titansteel bars are better. Offer to buy 20-30 stacks and make a deal with the seller. Meet him somewhere and open the trade window. There is only space for six stacks in the trade window, but pay for all the stacks when he is giving you only six stacks at first. A honest player will trade you the rest of the stacks, but many will scam you because you already traded the gold.

If you were scammed, report the seller following the instructions above and enjoy the profits. Remember also to w/ the guy who scammed you because his rage will be amusing after Blizz penalizes his account.

You can't submit scams involving GMs since they only work the first couple of times

I make money offering enchanting for fee in IF so I do business with dozens of people each day. I encounter these scammers at least two each month so I can do this scam as often as I want. (The GMs would be suspicious if I did this each day)

It's a scam, so it should be in the scam section, and second. GM scams aint alowed. They will search through the logs, and see that this was not the deal. Then you will get warning or ban doing a scam on blizzard. Trust me, this maybe work once every 10 GM, but trust me, do this and you will get cought, + all the gold will be reclaimed, they got logs of everything, your personaly trades, auctions, everyhing.

Dont do this tbh, dont mess around with Blizzard or GM's!

L2R. I did not lie to the GM. The logs don't show anything incriminating. Nobody can be banned for this.
