WoW ScamsWorld of Warcraft Whitehat Scamming Methods ONLY.
[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
I am using a Add-on that is called iGM, i have scammed alot of account whit it. ( Download link in the end of this post) (The addon is for 2.4.3, idk if its working for Wotl). It will make A BLIZZ icon after your name so you look like a GM
.
Download the Add-on and put it in the addon folder.
Log on your character and write /gmon, Then Write /gm.
Then open a new a new WOW window and log on another account, When you are logged in you say something like: "WTT My Level 70 Human Paladin whit full vengfull gear for a 70 nightelf hunter. GM Will look over the trade"
Then if you get any whispers, get on the wow window where your "GM" are and then write to the guy that you are going to scam, Write something like:
"Hello (NAME)! So, you want to trade your account for (Your NON-GM char Name)'s Account?
And if this is going right, say like this:
"Okay, now give me your account Name and Account Password" (And maybe E-mail?).
When he do that, tell him to logout so you can check if its right.
Go to the servers web-site and change password.
And Taa-daa! You have a new account!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1. 2 Accounts
2. The iGM-Addon
3. A computer that can have two wow windows open (lol?)
4. Some social skills.

PS. You can alos use the addon to pretend that you are a GM and Scam that way.

Lol it would be nice if this will work..
But!! when you login... then on the loading screen there stand that Blizzard/The GM's, will never ask for your account name or password.. and in the rules there stand that its eligal to trade accounts.. but if you have tryed it please let me know

I also noticed the, "Gm's will never ask for your password." earlier.
Couldn't you just ask them the answer to their recovery question and password name.
I seem to remember the blizz. tech support asking for that.

Yes but...
There are alot different between a private server and Retail wow.
There are not the same rules on private servers and retail.
And about that Recovery...
All servers doesn't have account recovery, so its better just ask for Name/pass. Also, there are more stupid players on Private servers then retail.

The "GM logo" i AFTER the name..Not before.. but players dont think about that their just "zomg gm wants to ask me for something O.O"
