[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
Heres a little scam I just came up with when I was updating my namechange thread.
This is a new way to keep a scammed account without transfer/banning and its fairly failproof.
What you need-
A Scammed Account (Full Info)
A Little Free Time

HERES THE BASIC IDEA-
Normally when we scam an account, we have to transfer the characters off- and then get the original account permabanned. This is a fairly effective and classic method, but with the release of WOTLK it is even more costly and time consuming than before because we now have to purchase all of the WoW keys for the transfer. This method allows you to keep, sell, or play on a scammed account and reduce (almost eliminate) the chance of a recall.
STEP 1: Scam an account with full info using one of the many effective methods on this site, or think of your own
you must have FULL NAME, ACCOUNT NAME, PASSWORD, SQA, AND IN SOME CASES THE ORIGINAL CD-KEY
STEP 2: Change the email on the account to yours, and send out a fake ban letter to keep the OO off your trail for a while
STEP 3: Use my account name change guide to change the name on the scammed account to a different last name of your choice

use any random last name, just make sure you remember it
STEP 4: Wait for the namechange to go through
STEP 5: OPTIONAL- Apply a Blizzard Authenticator to the account for added security
SO NOW YOU HAVE BASICALLY GAINED 100% CONTROL OF THE ACCOUNT, THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT CANNOT CALL IN AND RECALL IT BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW THE NAME ON THE ACCOUNT ANYMORE HAHA-- so when he calls blizzard they will not even talk to him, or change the email back because he doesnt know the fist piece of account information they ask.. your NAME
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IF THEY LOOK AT THE NOTES THEY COULD REALIZE IT WAS CHANGED.. BUT 99.9% OF THE BLIZZARD REPS DONT EVEN BOTHER-- they see the name is different, and assume your a scammer and hang up
it is possible for the original owner to use the website to recall his account, which is why I reccomend the use of the blizzard authenticator because it asks for the authenticator key when email-recalling on the webiste
but if you dont have an authenticator this scam is still reliable because the person still doesnt know the name on the account, and you can simply recall it back from him, or sell it before he knows what has happened

I even bet most people that are not that much into scamming can't understand what you mean, because it's too complex to them. Your IQ is probably 200.
yeah but i have full info (account name, password, cd key, sqa, full name, address) but he still has the email. how do i change the email?
you need to call blizzard and change the email to yours.. that is the first step of any account scam
you can also do it online if you know
1- Account Name
2- Current Email
3- SQA, or original CDKEY
