Basically all you need is a a scammed account's
username
password
Secret answer
his email or his aim or MSN.
I use old accounts that I've scammed before from my phisher.
After selling all the gold from the account, here is a way to squeeze out 5-10k more
Okay, just recall the account or go into account management if you have the pass, doesnt matter if you have solo possession of the account. go into parental controls and register one of your emails for it. Send the guy an email explaining that you put parental controls on and that it is impossible for him to remove it, and that he can get his account back easily but it's worthless without the parental controls pass. say that if he ever wants to play again he must give you 5,000 gold, on any server, first. also in the email, leave your AIM or MSN that he can contact you on when he has the gold.
he will probably say "WTF MAN HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THE GOLD WITHOUT MY ACCOUNT?!?" tell him that its not your problem and tell him to let you know when he has it. Typically within a few minutes-days, depending on how many RL friends with gold or guildmates that he has, he WILL give the money.
the beauty of this scam is that it doesnt require outsmarting anyone. you simply lock their account and they will eventually realize that they actually have to meet your demands. worked every time I've tried it
