Okay I have well thought about this, but now I got the possibility by McCain08 to get into the hardcore scamming levels. McCain08 told me about a site where you can signup and get a phonenumber that you can foreward to any phonenumber you want, and the best thing is that its nearly anonymous.
In this Guide I will tell you HOW you will start up your own WoW Support. The last time I did this I failed because of the telefon number thingy. It gives you the possibility to do really great things. But I dont want to hold you anymore!
Requierements:
You should not sound like a child (^^)
You should have skype or a normal phone
You should have a microphone
You should speak fairly good english or the language that you are scamming the people in.
Now lets get started!
Sign up at GrandCentral, get your number and let it redirect to your skype number (You will need to get a number for that), make sure you get a fairly good number at GrandCentral - It should sound like a number that a company made. Most of the people dont know this number so you most likely wont be screwed. Now you got two possibillitys of what to do. If you got windows XP or a Windows vista with a soundchip that is supporting Stereomix you are great. All other users or Dell customers cannot do this, because the SigmaTel driver doesnt support the stereomix - Because its possible to rip songs with it and that stuff. You can use a registry hack to enable it: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
However, get a new Skype username [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], sign up and make sure the informations have fairly nothing to do with yourself.
Let the Number from GrandCentral redirect onto your Skype number (You may have to pay extra fees to ahve a telefon number in skype).
Lets get back to the thing about stereomix. If you got it you can "emulate" a phone menu if someone calls by having the sound files ready. I will record those files and uppload them later. If you havent got stereomix in some case, you may just leave that away. Really 80% havent called the blizzard support yet, so its fairly easy to trick them.
You will have to get ingame, make a lv 1 toon and do following: Get into the Modelediting forum ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]), read the threads about how to use a modeledit. Then download [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] which will give you the possibility to go to GM Island. Whisper random people with a sentence like:

Hello XXX, I am Game Master Cern. May you have a second to talk to me about security issues regarding your account?
They will see that you havent got the GM tag at your chatname, but when they shiftcklick onto you they see you are on GM island. Therefor they are forced to believe you. Now you will have to tell them something about that they account got compromised and that they will need to phone up blizzard. You will provide them with the number you can also give them the webform but you will tell them that phoning goes much more quicker. When they phone you, hit them up with something like: "Hello, Blizzard north - My name is Marc Taylor, how may I assist you?" They will tell you that they got whispered by a gm regarding a security issues. You will firstly say something like: "Ok first of all I need to know your account name!". They will tell you. You will need to write that down. Then you tell them something like: "Yes we have contacted you because we are thinking that your account has been compromised. Can you please tell me the adress from that you are calling?" they tell you. Then you say: "Ok in order to insure that you are the Original Owner I will need to know the awnser to you secret question, your CDkey and the email adress that is on the account at the moment. I also need the first and the last name." Now you got the email - Get onto a fakemailer that you have provided first with a mail that will come from "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" or incase you are US: "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]". A good fakemailer can be found on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . Make sure you wrote everything down. Now you ask them to not loginto their wow account about 2 hours and that for that time the password will be changed and that they will receive an email with all things they will need to do. Now you got all info. You can end the call and call your local Blizzard Support and let the email change or simply completely recall the account, change email and SQA(You need to call blizz for that).
I'm sorry I cant provide the soundfiles for the support at the moment but I will record them tomorrow. The cool thing that we are using is the fact that everyone trusts those people's on the phone but you dont really know if they are infact really employeed people
