This is very useful for all those scammers out there, i have learned from experience that if a GM can be bothered they can trace all the mail sent from one account and see where it went. so i scammed an account and mailed the gold to my account and the mail got traced and i got caught. this can be stopped by making a lvl 1 char on your account, mailing all the scammed items to that char, deleting the lvl 1 char BEFORE YOU OPEN THE MAIL containing the scammed items/gold. when you delete the char you delete all the logs of the mail to and from the char. then ask a GM to recover the character, if they say " its a lvl 1, just make a new one" tell them that it was a bank char and had stuff in its bag that you need, they should recover the char for you. when they do recover the character for you it will still have the mail sat in the mailbox full of scammed goodies but the mail is untraceable!

This wouldn't work, Gm's aren't stupid, just because you deleted the toon, doesn't mean you deleted their records.
And once he's recovered, they would have records of him opening mail with the gold in it. |

Then if the Gm tracked the stolen gold they'll think it was the other person, instead of you. |
