[Guide] Twist on the Chinese scam (Buy anything you want online 90%)
This still works, but you have to use VCC's/Virtual Banks to register you paypal/s. + You can change the currency after its sent and you keep the money, it just gives you a -balance in the old currency.
eg: USD: -$749.00
AUD: 1031.10
Hey there all, I didn't want to post this that much.. But I really want to get rid of my leecher status. Having low rep FTL
This is pretty much a twist on the Chinese scammer method.
In case anyone comes yelling "REPOST!" I did thorough search through mmowned. And didn't find anything quite like this. These are my own methods.
Now it will probably be overused.. =_=

Step 1:
Create a new paypal account, make sure you are on a proxy for this. I recommend you use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for creating your temporary paypals. (Remember, there are also alternate domains on there too- it says on the left hand side under where you enter your email)
I don't think i need to explain how to use mailinator, as it is self explanatory and it says how on the website.
(You DO NOT have to create any accounts on mailinator to receive mail.
Step 2:
After you have made your paypal/s.
Find your victim, by advertising a random account I usually dont put much info there too, just your AIM and some small info DONT post your armory. This way mostly scammers reply to you, very rarely legit people do. (Or if you own a decent account, advertise your own)
Advertise on a website such as MarkeeDragon. Or do a simple search for "Chinese Scam" and it usually comes up with a few AIM's.
(I usually show them my real account, in case they want proof.)
Step 3:
I have these people on AIM, Now what?
Talk to them as if you were actually selling the account.
They usually ask howmuch, tell them however much you want. Don't make it too high.
(They agree to pretty much everything, even without seeing the acc in game.)
They will say I am paypal verified, and you? Just make up something such as: I am trying to verify it but paypal is taking forever.. You can wait like a week if you want though I don't mind.
Or
Simply say, no sorry i just made my paypal.
They wont even reply to that usually, they just go on with the deal.
From here, there are two ways you can go.
Either find someone selling a WoW account, and deal with both the chinese scammer and the other person at the same time like so:
Ask the person selling his account for his paypal, and tell the chinese scammer it.
Stall until you have all account info. Then youre all done!.(For info on what to do with scammed accounts, look around the forums. Theres heaps of ideas and things you can do..)

Step 4:
This is a little something I do, to get a little more money. Tell them someone else just bid higher than them. (Eg, they said okay 500$ tell them someone just bid 550$. They will say 600) You can do this a few times, but you shouldn't too much as they might stop. I usually do it once or twice.
Step 5:
Once you have the whole deal set up, tell the person something along the lines of:

(I have never had anyone say no to this. I only once had someone who couldn't understand what i meant, so i explained it simply. And he got more confused.. xD)
Step 6:
Use your money on whatever you want! Keep talking to the person, saying to him that its almost done and whatnot. Or how much longer it will take. Then when you have received your items, tell him to recall.. and give him some fake info(not required) and log off.
Recall your account, if you showed him your real account.
YOUR DONE! Easy!
Remember: Always be on a proxy, masking your identity WELL is the hardest part of this whole scam in my opinion. If your proxy isn't working properly, paypal will limit your accounts EVERY time you try to send money out.
Too many people think about it too much, and ruin the deal completely.
Scamming is EASY, if you just act as if you were really trying to sell what you are "selling".
Note: You can always change your AIM and re-add all of the people you have already scammed.
Also, try to work with 1 person at a time. It's harder and there is more of a chance you will stuff up if you try to deal with multiple people.
This is my first guide, so please tell me how to improve upon it.
Also if you want to purchase things and get them mailed to your house:
You could do what I did, send the money through to multiple paypals using different proxies..
Then, send it to your legit paypal(on your real IP) AS IF YOU HAD BOUGHT SOMETHING. I verified my legit paypal using a VCC/Bank first. Then i bought things off ebay, it worked fine..
Remember: when you are sending it to your legit paypal. Request the money from your non-legit paypal. And once you recieve it, file a claim saying that you didn't recieve your VIRTUAL/Intangible ITEM. Then close it saying you are very happy with your purchase (I've never had money recalled by doing this) I also buy WoW accounts doing it like that.
Nothing is completely safe, but the way I did it above should be fine. Atleast, i have never been caught.

Use an australian paypal, I think they made it so unverified canadian paypals cant send cash anymore..
But with an aussie one all you have to do to register is:
Set the post code to something with 4 digits.
Set the phone number as 04 then 8 random digits.
And the rest can be anything.. Viola you have an aussie paypal

They don't recall the money, they're using stolen paypal accounts. The buying does not work because paypal recalls the money from you making you negative and then recalling all of the money you sent to make you even.

I don't think so.
I've done it 7 times. And it worked fine.
Right now i've stopped paypal scams cause i found that i should get better IP masking.
If your gonna do it heaps you have to make sure you are very difficult if not impossible to trace.
But if youre not doing it non-stop you should be fine with TOR/FoxyProxy/Vidalia/Privoxy
Edit: also, i would think that the accounts would get banned.. a few scammers i know have been using the same paypal over and over. Also, most of their names are like: John Smith or John Bobkin
I still don't see the problem with posting armory, because those scammers that you want to come to you also want your account, so you have to have at least some way of showing them that.
EDIT: You can also easily tell if they're a scammer if you ask for their paypal e-mail, and they'll answer with,"Why?" or something like that.
