well ive com,e up with a adition. say after you get the money and waiting on dispute have some left over, or want to spend on solid goods... you could (this is a theory nothing more) make 2 canadian paypal accounts, and the one you get the cash given to pending a dispute, send the cash to the 2nd canadian account then get dispute. hopefuly they will leave cash in 2nd acc, wait a while to see then if nothing happens you are in the clear and free to buy what ever you want.. please post results
