Get the last name on your account! [tested]
Well, i had traded my account and did not get the last name on the account... so i figured w/e its fine... then i opened a GM ticket saying that i bought the wrong pvp item and was wondering if i could get my honor back and i got an email saying

Yeah.... how can you say you tested it....

Also, for those like me wanting to find the last name on your account, the old method of using a canceled card to pay for the game time, does not work either. Tried it.

If anyone knows a currently working method, I'd love to know.

Dunno what to say. I hate to call people lairs, but I did just what you said (for accidentally buying a tabard with BG marks) and got no email about my ticket being escalated or anything.

Also, if you want to prove that it is true. Post a screenshot of the email that include the date. Also, tell if it is for US or EU.

hmmm, so did you try to get it reimbursed right away, or did you wait until they were unable to reimburse it (like over 1 week?)

I honestly have no reason to try to make this fake or anything... this really happened to me... and it got me a t6 rogue with offhand glaive, using this exploit let me trade with full info when i started out without the last name... i'm just trying to help... but if you think i'm fakin' this letter... that's your problem
