I did this, but I called Blizzard and told them I had a keylogger. All I had to do was supply the first 6 letters/digits of the CD-Key and they reset the password and e-mail for me.

The thing here is that you don't have to say you got hacked. They don't have to close your account, they give you your account back the day you make the ticket
