Ethical scamming, what a world!
Heres an update after getting your character powerleveled, and you want to sell the account, and what to do with some of that gold:
Post it in any of the WoW account trading/selling sites. Advertise TRUTHFULLY about the account, as your scamming for this account is over. Sell the account on an agreed amount. Make sure you have the password AND the security question. Trade away!!
As for the gold you make, this can actually be re-sold to gold selling websites. Its like stealing from the rich, and selling to the same rich. You get cash in return, but this price is usually lower than the price they sell to other players.
Note: Before going full force in your scamming, test out the website you will be scamming. Say you buy 100g for roughly ten dollars on a prepaid card. Check delivery speed, and test their patience with complaints of bad service. Once you learn their vulnerabilities, SCAM HARD AND FAST. Buy that 6k gold for $600+, and follow the guidelines in my first post. Point, shoot, move.
This next part will make your WoW scamming into a potential business, as it has for me. After you make some big bucks (real money) selling/trading gold and accounts, you can sit happy and find yourself in utter bliss and satisfaction.

You can INVEST your profits further to make even more money! This is the secret to the most successful businesses, smart investments. Eliminate your losses, therby increasing your net gain!! What the hell am I talking about? Read on...
Purchase a botter!!! Simple, no? Instead of paying a company serveral hundred dollars to level your character, why can't you do it yourself? Don't have time? A bot does! Reasearch bot programs that have low detection rates, and high satisfaction rates. Glider is a good example, and there are many guides on this website to help with questions you may have.
Buy a new account, set up a bot, level to 70, sell the account. Total costs: $15 for a new account and $35 or so for the bot program. Potential Yield: over a 600% return.

Here is the sticky area. If you run this sort of business, you have to WORK at it. Businesses require maintenance, or else they fail. This means you read up on Blizzard's patches beforehand, and read up on your bot patches beforehand in order to stay one step ahead of potential Warden updates. Also, there is risk involved when using a bot, but I have gotten less than 4% of my accounts banned. (There are also guides in this website to reduce your risk of being banned.)
This can all be a one man (or woman in my case) show, wherein all the burdens of the business lay on you. You can outsource to TRUSTED people, giving them commission percentages from the sales they make. Right now I have two employees: my boyfriend and my brother. My boyfriend handles the finances and my brother is paid in WoW gold and time (and the occasional indulgence spree.) All in all, a good team to trust with money.
You can expand into different trees as soon as you have some experience running this circus. Currently, some of my acquaintances have asked my for a transferrable character to their account. This is simple to do, as above. Make an acccount with a last name MATCHING the target's last name, and make a prepaid credit card under their name ( This is not considered credit card fraud, or identitiy theft. You are not maliciously extracting funds that are not your own, nor are you attempting to create a large debt with the use of a credit card. You supply the funds, so you are not stealing from anyone. If you still feel that this is unsafe, buy a gift card and put only the required funds. Read the laws, they're cool.) NOTE: Be sure to pick a prepaid credit card that does not require a standard amount. For example, pick one that does not regulate that you need to purchase $50 to activate a card. Bot to level 70, sell the account. They still have to pay the transfer fee. All the customer needs is the answer to THEIR security question (which they should know) and the password for the transfer account. If they want the security question, it is not required, but just give it to them. The price you charge your customers will depend on your discretion.
The reason why you need a prepaid credit card under their name is outlined in the account to account transfer restrictions. Blizzard says that the last names on the account must match, and both accounts must have IDENTICAL subscribers. When you attempt a transfer, Blizzard looks at these pieces of information. Both accounts are subject to penalties, bans, if the names do not match. To bypass this, you can use gamecards, but those cause about a 6.3% loss in profits when you first get a bot, and a 5.8% loss afterwards. Here are some figures:
If you buy a new account, the bot program, and a game card it costs you around $80 (15+35+30) If you buy a new account, the bot program, and a prepaid credit card/gift card it costs you $65 (15+35+15) Now say you sold the account for a measley $300. Net gain for the account with the game card is $220, while the account with the prepaid is $235. The second time around, the bot is already paid for so you only pay for the account and the game cards. Thats $45 for the account with the game card and $30 for the prepaid. Pretend you do this ten times, lets look at the numbers now.
Net gain for the account with the game card is ( [300-80] + 9[300-45] ) ( [ 220 ] + 9[ 255 ] ) ( [ 220 ] + [ 2295 ] ) = $2,515
Net gain for the account with the prepaid is ( [300-65] + 9[300-30] ) ( [ 235 ] + 9[ 270 ] ) ( [ 235 ] + [ 2430 ] ) = $2,665
Overall, using a game card is 5.6% loss. That is a $150 difference, and I doubt anyone wants to let that leak through. If they do, DONATE IT TO MMOWNED.COM!!! These are sample numbers, using a $300 as a base sale. Your numbers may fluctuate, depending on how much more/less you charge.
WARNING: Some people have already tried to scam a free character from me, and so it will undoubtedly happen to you. Here is my retaliation: HACK THEIR ACCOUNTS. Yes, scamming is scamming. But if someone opens the door to your wrath, why not dabble in it? If they outscam you, what do you do?!?! /salute, /clap, /cheer. Finese is a wonderful thing, even in a scam. You, after all, are a big business now, so some people want in on that money! (No one has yet to outscam me lol.) NOW GO OUT THERE AND SCAM!

you fail to realize that the objective is to sell that gold for real money
secondly theres nothing illegal about it. The only thing youre doing is violating your terms with blizzard, and all they can do to you is ban your account. They cant sue you for selling gold BACK to a gold site and ****ing them out of money. Hell, blizzard would prolly support it...they hate those sites

dont think a BC account cost 15$? isnt it 15 for normal WoW and like 25 for BC? and glider only cost 25$

For the non-believers, or the not-so-easily-convinced...
There are many measures outlined within these guides to prevent getting caught. In the highly unlikely event that you do get caught, the company has the burden in court to PROVE they sent you "Virtual Money." How do they do this? Subpeona for Blizzard's records for the realm the gold was sent to, a Blizzard programmer to read and decipher the code, and a good lawyer. Would they go to court over $500? Very doubtful. They cannot sue for any amount more than the scammed account. How about a suit for emotional damages? Lol, I don't think so. Court fees alone would cost more than the actual suit.
IN THE INCREDIBLY UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT THE PLANETS ALIGN, PIGS FLY, AND YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY WHAT HAPPENS?!? You pay for the gold. End of story. Whee...
Seriously people, read the laws. There are dozens of loopholes around them, and knowing them is what keeps you safe. If you think that the risks are too much, don't do it! Every state can have varied laws regarding online commerce. A simple example in Texas is that every online purchase comes with a $1.50 (or was it $1.65?) fee. Simple rule bypassed by using an out of state account or credit card. Laws are fun, and finding ways to bend them are even more fun!
Again, I will say that I cannot be held accountable for any consequences, as any actions you take are your own. Also, any money that you make is yours, and you owe me nothing! (Maybe some rep+ lol...)

Just a quick question, I would like to lvl a char up to 70 (not to sell it, not yet anyways). So i think of trying Glider just for fun (not on my main account ofc).
What do I have to do so I wont get my main account banned? I can register a trial, use gamecards? (Same visa = mainacc ban, right?)
