Amazingly, you will not get banned on TWO accounts if only one is caught using a glider program. Why is this so? Blizzard, like anyone else, likes money. They are bound by their own terms to ban 'those who use unfair advantages,' but will not hesitate to leech off of them... If one of your feet is infected with flesh eating bacteria, do you cut them both off? Of course not, because you can make good use of the other foot still. Blizzard is a good scammer lol...

However, your main account MAY come under suspicion, and go through an investigation. Using a game card or a prepaid helps sever this trail to you. Don't worry about IP addresses for gliding though. Blizzard doesn't care about where you cheat from, or how you cheat. To them, cheating means you get to start over (because we all know addiction to WoW has already set in.)

Note: Please no more flames here about getting caught, being careless, how I owe you money, and how this is a bad idea. Feel free to PM me any hate mail; I do not want people reading bs when they read for help. Also, it is a lot of clutter for our wonderful moderators to sort through and clean up. And if you do decide to flame me here, at least make sure your grammar is sufficient. There is nothing more annoying than arguing with an illiterate goob.

HAPPY SCAMMING ALL!

Magmarfer,
This is one of the most engenious scams I have ever had the pleasure to read. I thought the email scam was probably the best, but this blows it out of the water. And the fact that you dont even screw anyone over, besides the website and Blizzard of course, makes it great.

Ahhh cant wait to make some money

Re: Scamming Websites: Part Two - 04-29-2007

Plenty of glider profiles are available within the numerous posts in this website. Gliders for every class and level are in the Bot forum. All glider profiles that I have used are customized by me.

Unfortunately, I cannot divulge specifics about my waypoints or methods, as it increases chances of being reported. I am the only one using my profile, meaning there is no risk of being reported. If more people start using the same profile, chances are that someone will realize that two characters are following the same path, skinning the same mobs, and staying in the same area for a large amount of time.

It is not difficult to make a profile, but it does take some time. Trust me, investing a little bit of time will lower your chances of being caught. Sorry to burst your bubble, but I can't give away all my secrets!

HAPPY SCAMMING ALL!!!

Um... what?

Are you saying that by making some money, I am subject to being scammed? This is true! However, if I am scammed, I scam back lol. There have been two attempted scams on my business, both of which have been retaliated upon:

1. Person did my own scam to me. Result: He got a free account, powerleveled to 70 by a bot. His entire computer was hacked by a group of my colleagues, resulting in his MAIN account information being divulged. He had five 70 characters, most of which were equipped with blues. Stripped, looted, and deleted. All of his gear and characters gone. All of his money now mine. For an added kick in the nuts, I recreated the same characters he had. The next time he opened his account, he saw all level one characters.

He contacted me soon afterwards, and asked for his stuff back. He told me that he would give back the account he scammed. Unfortunately, I cleary stated at the transaction that scammers will be severely punished. Sucks for him.

2. Another person decided to scam an account from me. He also got some gold. Result: Same thing, hacked and retrieved information. He had some other financially related stuff, but I did not touch that. Got on his main, stripped and looted. He was also a guildbank, so I looted and stripped him too. For another kick in the nuts, I made a character named 'Scammenow' on his realm.

In summary, I don't scam anymore unless I am scammed. Hell hath no fury like a woman's wrath.

Also, I won't say the name of my business and will not advertise it here. Just know that if you scam, you may be scammed back. Its just ethical, ya know?

HAPPY SCAMMING ALL!!!

There are many measures outlined within these guides to prevent getting caught. In the highly unlikely event that you do get caught, the company has the burden in court to PROVE they sent you "Virtual Money." How do they do this? Subpeona for Blizzard's records for the realm the gold was sent to, a Blizzard programmer to read and decipher the code, and a good lawyer. Would they go to court over $500? Very doubtful. They cannot sue for any amount more than the scammed account. How about a suit for emotional damages? Lol, I don't think so. Court fees alone would cost more than the actual suit.

IN THE INCREDIBLY UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT THE PLANETS ALIGN, PIGS FLY, AND YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY WHAT HAPPENS?!? You pay for the gold. End of story. Whee...

Seriously people, read the laws. There are dozens of loopholes around them, and knowing them is what keeps you safe. If you think that the risks are too much, don't do it! Every state can have varied laws regarding online commerce. A simple example in Texas is that every online purchase comes with a $1.50 (or was it $1.65?) fee. Simple rule bypassed by using an out of state account or credit card. Laws are fun, and finding ways to bend them are even more fun!

Again, I will say that I cannot be held accountable for any consequences, as any actions you take are your own. Also, any money that you make is yours, and you owe me nothing! (Maybe some rep+ lol...)

...Is it me, or are all of my posts somewhat long. Do they seem like mini-guides?...

HAPPY SCAMMNING ALL!!!

WHICH leads ME to my favorite phrase of all:

Rules and laws are not made to be broken.
They are made to be BENT.

Find those loopholes! EXPLOIT THEM!

+rep btw ... I personally wouldn't try this, but major Kudos to you and your efforts =D
