Basicly what you do is, you give the lottery tickets to some random players first. This way youll avoid all the "Zomfgz fakE SkammErZ" in General/Trade/Whereever youre writing it.

Example:
[Character Name]'s Lottery
Ticket Number: XX
To activate this ticket, send X G to [Character Name]. And the number in this ticket.

Best to do this on an alt character, with all the weird letters in.

People will most likely immediately consider this a scam. You haven't clarified what reward is, when the drawing will be, or other important things. And you can get 3 day ban for doing this. I do not recommend.

Then if I declare some prize, maybe blue for low levels, and epic for high levels. It wouldnt be such an obvious scam?

Ripped a guy off trying this. Fixed it so I won. Did the excessive spaces trick and made it look like he said I'd won. I had a screenshot of him saying it and he didn't believe he typed it... I ended up with 20g though. Think he was just a noob.
