I figured that it'd be nice to have a compiled list here of all of the notices of account closures that are legitimate from blizzard. I'll add more as needed/requested.

This, when coupled with a fake e-mailer from a blizzard account admin team could potentially lead the owner of the account to think that his account has been locked or closed, therefore allowing you full access to the account without worry of recovering.

Thank you for your follow-up email.  We have reinvestigated our extensive in-game logs as well as all the pertinent data involved in the closure of this account and have determined that the original closure was indeed merited.

Would anyone be able to create an email saying...

1. That he has changed the account to an email address that is a known hacker and therefore the account has been closed (He changed it to mine and I need him to think its banned)


Make it look like its from Blizzard and make it look official and stuff? I have a [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] email address and that.

Another question, He said he doesn't know how to recover it, Can he find out easily? and would common sense tell you to call Blizzard?

These arent actual phishing emails but official emails from blizzard so none of them will ask for sqas or fullname if I am correct.

Very helpful to those who need them.

I think you should do 1 thing though: make it clear that the 3rd email is a lock email. You should also briefly explain what a lock is (account can't be accessed until ID is sent) before it.
