I don't know if its a repost or anything but please do not say "repost" but anyways, you create a level 1 char called Mabank and whisper ALL the 70s you see using /who 70 and say this "It's Bryan's bank, from your guild", %90 will say "Bryan?" you say, "I am in your guild, this is my bank", %60 will say no somehow and %40 will say ok, when you find 1 guild, enter and press show offline, look for any high ranking 70 like Council-Officer (Try to don't use Second Leader cause usually second leaders are rl life friends with GM and they will know you are trying to scam them) and tell to the GM and Officer to promote you because you are the officer's alt, thats a 2/5 chance, i did this with 5 people and got 2 guild vaults
