Reputation: 22 Level up: 53%, 236 Points needed |   | | | I've been using this method for about a month now and it works great... Another way to get them off seeing the character in-game is to tell them you are at work.
Some of the people will be like "Well can you contact me when you get home" and you tell those people "Sure but I don't get of for 6 hours and I doubt I'll have the toon by then". Most of them have sparkles in their eyes (if you're using a good armory) and will agree to do the trade right there.
Another confidence builder is to tell them you will do the email change first :P
