WoW ScamsWorld of Warcraft Whitehat Scamming Methods ONLY.
[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
I have a friend working at Blizz and he told me that at the end of the book in Burning Crusade Collector Edition (maybe normal edition too dunno), there were Blizz employees names.
I verified and it is true (saw his name ^^).
Now the scam: each Blizz Employee received 3 weeks ago 10 beta keys they can give to their friends. We will scam them to give us some
1 - Take a Blizz employee name at the end of the book
2 - Get his email. Email have this format: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] where x is the firstname first letter and yyyyy the lastname (for exemple if the guy names John Smith, email is [Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
3 - Take another Blizz employee name and email of the same section and same nationality (exemple: Game Masters or Art Work). Why? Because the two employees must know each other...
4 - Now send a fake mail to blizz employee #1 with blizz employee #2 email and ask him if he still has some keys (respect point 3, don't send an english mail to a german gamemaster...)
Exemple:
Hi John,
This is Michelle (take a blizz girl name for better results ). I've already given all my beta keys to my friends, do you have some left (1 or 2 would be enough!)
This would be great, thank you in advance
Please answer on my home mail so i won't have to transfer the keys: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (create a fake yahoo gmail or any other mail with blizz employee #2 name)
See you!
5 - Hope they know each other. If yes, enjoy the keys
note:With this method you DON'T ask Blizz to give you more keys, YOU ASK A COLLEGUE to give you some of his

no, i'm pretty sure the employees would talk about it and discuss it before giving the key anyway, so then they'd realise it was fake.
Blizzard also probably has checks for fake emails...
AND last of all, even if this worked for you, it won't anymore. They aren't going to believe it when each employees inbox is flooded with requests...

it is not sure that people will talk each other because they don't have the same schedules (particulary for GM, 4 exist :
00:00am to 08:00am,
08:00am to 04:00pm,
12:00am to 08:00pm and
04:00pm to 12:00pm

There's a few flaws in this. You said at the beginning they gave 10 out to everyone. Not 11 or 12. That means they'd probably give out a small roll of codes to them if they wanted them to pass out keys to a bunch of people.
Plus don't forget it's an entire corporation. It's not a little code in a magazine you can rip out or email saying you didn't get. I'm pretty sure they have a way to make you prove you're an employee or even a special number to call. Now if you provide a picture of the key then I'll take back what I said and kiss your boots.
