[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
If my theory is right, 'The Jackals' cannot come after you for using this scam...

Requirements: A PayPal Account (Verified Preferred but not neccesary) A WoW Account (Optional) Social Skills (Very Important)
Method: 1) To begin, go onto an account trading/buying/selling site and post that you're selling a WoW account. If you have the WoW Account, post about that. If not, post about a really high quality account (eg. T6, S3/4, Netherdrake, etc...). Include in your post: "Must post here before contacting" and "Must be willing to go first." This'll keep other scammers away, if you really want to waste your time and deal with other scammers, feel free to leave them out. Preferably don't include contact info in your post, ask them to leave their AIM/MSN when they post, so you can deal with them one at a time. It gets a bit confusing talking to 5 people at once. Also this way, you can scam like 5 people with the same 'account'. Make sure you have an armory page for the account.
2) Wait for someone to post and contact them. Act friendly and naturally. Don't sound rushed like some scammer. If you were really selling a T6 account, you wouldn't be in a rush... Answer all their questions about the account with as much detail as possible. Be patient. When they offer their price, don't just accept on the first price they offer. Argue with them for a bit, convince them to raise the price. Then ask them to wait 10 minutes so you can see if anyone else will beat your offer. They'll definately ask you to prove you have the character. If you have an account, gratz, you can show them ingame. If not: see the "Additional Information" section to see how you can trick them into thinking you have it.
3) 10 minutes later... Ask them whether they have paypal...and ask them if they're verified. IF they aren't verified, tell them you are, but it doesn't matter that they're not. If they ARE verified, tell them that you are verified too, and ask them to send you their link to prove that they're verified. They will ask for yours too. Send them the link for some random verified paypal. The link format is like this (Must be logged into paypal to see link):

Replace the 'lol' with the email you're using. Just find someone verified on EBay or any other website and use theirs.
Ok, now ask them to send you an email from the addess their paypal is registered to. You obviously have to send one too. Send it VIA a fake mailer, so it looks like you send it from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
Hopefully by now they're convinced you're legit, and you want to be secure, and they'll be willing to go first (don't ask them yet though).
4) Now Ask for their phone number, something like: "hey, can we exchange phone numbers incase something goes wrong and i need to contact you later on??" Obviously give them some fake number.
Now they SHOULD BE convinced that you're legit.
5) Ask them to send the money, and you will get started. If they STILL argue against it, convince them to go first (in your own way...). Here are some things that might help. "I'm verified, i wouldn't scam you" "You can just dispute your payment on paypal if it doesn't go well" "Paypal has buyer protection policies" (They actually DON'T have buyers protection on virtual goods, which is the trick we're using here...)
If you managed to convince them to go first, gratz, if not, go for someone else.
***ALTERNATIVE STEP 5*** *Only works if you HAVE the account* Give them the account info, and wait for the money. Then continue with the rest of the scam, but recall the account.
6) Once he's sent the money, ask him what email he wants the account changed to. A few minutes later say: "Ok done, and i sent the rest of the account info to that email." They'll go check and obviously they haven't got anything... So they'll tell you. NO MATTER WHAT they say...insist that you sent the email. Don't block them, just keep insisting you sent it. Eventually, they'll call you a scammer and go make a dispute with paypal.
7) Escalate the dispute to a claim, and the target will have to show paypal evidence that he didn't recieve the account. He can show the chat log, but all it shows is you insisting that you sent him the info via email. You only have to say as your evidence: "I sent him the info to his email [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and changed the account email to that. Now he's trying to take back his money. Because he can't prove anything, you'll eventaully win the case. This may take a few days, but in the waiting time, you can use it on a few other people.
8) Profit. Get your money to a verified paypal and withdraw it. Use it however you wish.
Additional Information Convincing them you have the account: To convince them you have the account, there are a few options. To use these, you have to convince them your account has no time. These all involve giving them images of an editted PCT page. You can do this through: 1) Kaizou : This is a Mozilla Firefox Addon that lets you edit the page. Go onto your xfer page and edit it so it looks like you got a character that matches the name and server on the armory you showed them.
2) Photoshop: A program used to edit images. Take a screenshot of the page and photoshop it. I personally don't know how to do this, but you have to know what your doing.
Basically lets you edit the page. I use this because i use IE, which doesn't use firefox addons so i can't get Kaizou. Use same method as the one with Kaizou.

Persian is right, you'll win the dispute if they file it under non-receipt. But you also have to keep in mind, that if you're scamming TWV MD users, or those with sufficient rep, the Jackals will come after you. I prefer the chinks, but that's just me.

Yeah, this is a really nice scam. Thought out very well how the Jackals cannot get involved. This may be mean, but i'm sure some people will benefit from this guide. The Kaizou techinique also works very well if you do not posses a level 70 World of Warcraft account. Also, if you don't have one, get a friend involved if they have a 70, show them their armoury go to them in-game, use there mail ect. And split the profits. Hows that for a slice of fried gold? Just an idea. For the guide.
