Ok so after a long time of leeching i finally thought of something that might be a contribution
This is basically a well known guild bank scam but with a new approach.
This will net less income than standard guild bank scam due to the fact that your target guild will be poorer than usual high-end raiding guilds.
So to make it clear and avoid chaos:
Before starting anything prepare yourelf mentally 
from now on you will be playing a 13 year old kid.
1.
Make an alt. Something very unsophisticated. Name him with something that would come out of 13 year old brain. Like Legoolas, Thraal etc. Level him up to 10+.
2.
Find a target. You are looking for small-medium guilds than often advertise on 2.Trade channel going "NEW guild looking for members - we got bank, tabard bla bla bla". You wanna make sure that the guild master/officer doing the recriutation isnt an experienced player but an average teenager. Look for guild with names like "Templars of Justice" "Lords of Azeroth" etc. There is a good chance that it will be what you need.
3.
Get inside. This will not be a problem - guilds that spam advertise themselves will probably give you an instant invite. Behave like you have 13 years. Make silly mistakes and typos in your messages, not overdo it thou.

Evaluate the guild bank. Basically - check if any further steps and doing actual scam is worth it. If the guild bank is total shit then /gquit wait copule of mins and find new target. There is a good chance that the guild bank will be pretty stuffed. Primals, sometimes void crystals and about 500g is what you can expect from this kind of guild. It wont be like 1231234444124124g of income but i belive 1000g is pretty satisfactory.
5.
Get the officer rank. I usually start off with whisper to the guild leader : "Can i be <insert officer rank name> pls??". Obvious answer is "lol NO - you have to earn it". Now do a bit of chit-chat, convince the guild leader youre a harmless kid. He will probaly give you a speech about how you need to work hard and earn the rank bla bla bla. Whisper something around "Will you make me <insert officer rank name> if i pay u 100g" Now you will be surprised how many people will change the attitude. Guild leader wont belive you - in the end youre a kid with a level 10 char - you dont have the money. But here comes the punchline of the scam. "I hav my dad password to his character i pay you 100g to be <officer rank here>" At that point you will know if you succeded or not. If he takes the bait arrange the agreement, push him a bit, make the greedy bastard nervous and excited about thousands of gold and epix shards and items of your alleged dad's account. Tell youre afraid that your dad will know - act as you know youre doing wrong giving dad's gold away etc. Relog and log back.
At this point you can expand the scam with the COD scam. If you agreed to send the guild leader some gold or items go further. Actually send him the mentioned item but COD him for the mentioned amount of gold. Worked for me once.
Tell you sent it etc. Then push him for promotion. When youre an officer, clean up bank gold and items and voila.
Sounds too easy to work but it actually does. It all depends on who you meet and how much of a sucker the guild leader is. All i can say is you will probably be surprised with the effect
Best thing about it - i think - is that you should not get a ban or suspension if you are reported. I belive the bans for scaming guild bank come from the fact that you impersonated someone else. Here you dont. Its all about the fail factor of the other guy. I might be wrong.
This method in two past days gave me 2200g and 1000-1500g worth of items. I made 4 attempts of which 2 were absolutely succesfull.
