Ok so you want some fast money on world of warcraft and dont really dont fancy grinding.

Make your self a level 1 alt - named Banker, mybanker anything sensible not like imgoingtoscam you or anything lol.

Send your self about 10-20 for your main and head to ah and buy your self any of following (what ever u can get cheapest)

-Jaggal peral

-Iridescent peral

-Purified jaggal perarl

-Smal lustrous

Go to the least populated city on your side, Darnassus or exodar if your alliance im not sure about the horde but u will know.

Now on trade say WTS Righteous orb.

Once somebody wispers you asking for a price shift and click them if there in the same city as you or a mage i would say about 60g this way they should say dosent matter with the item being well over priced. If however there not say 20-30 and explain u dont have long left online and you will C-O-D them the orb. COD them one of the jaggal peral, iridescent peral, purified jaggal perarl, smal lustrous you payed for earilyer

In a hurry or just not reading what it says they will accept the C-O-D (they may not) payment and then relised they just payed 30g for a cheap pearl

Log on about 2days later to avoid being spamed by a very unhappy customer and take your gold and mail it to your main.

Aight, but now no offense, I gotta point out a major flaw in your logic.

If you get reported for scamming... Blizzard will search the history of that day on that server.

Summary of what they will see: (dramatization of the data in the backup files)
-Account #111111 created a level 1 Night Elf Druid named Mybanker
-Account #111111 Mymain mails 20g to Mybanker
-Account #111111 [2. Trade][Mybanker]: WTS Righteous Orbs PST
-Account #111111 Mybanker mails Poorsap [Jagged Pearl] COD 60g
-Account #232323 Poorsap mails Mybanker 60g in COD
-Account #111111 Mybanker recieves 60g from mail from Poorsap
-Account #111111 Mybanker mails Mymain 60g


This is the problem, your alt will get tagged for scamming and your entire account will get banned for X number of days.

if you scam too many people you might lose your 70 on your account because too many scams will get your account banned perminately as well as the credit card/debit card/checking method of payment tied to the banned account will get blacklisted, as well.



Couple of improvement suggestions to minimize banning:
--open a second account with game cards as your main scam account

--if you want to send gold to your main account COD Jagger Pearls to the scam account that way it "appears" you are buying the Jagger Pearls instead of scamming gold for your main

--log on the scam account on a public IP like a Starbucks, McDonalds, or someother place, that way the GMs cannot track your main account to your scam account because of your logging on both accounts from the same IP Address. (yes they have that power)

yes all towns use the same trade chat, BUT if you base your scam out of Darnassus or Thunder Bluff, these are Low Pop capital cities. These cities minimize the chance the player-to-be-scammed(PTBS) will be in your town or will want to come visit you.

Which helps you "convince" the PTBS that COD is the best method of payment.

Also, with the Low Pop Cities you will have less "curious" players who might recognize the pattern of your business practice and end up reporting you... at least reported faster than you would like.


Does that clear up the issue?

Its just a wait to convince ppl to COD versus come visit you.

EDIT: Silvermoon City is also a good choice b/c if the PTBS portals to Silvermoon, chances are they will be stranded... which is a good excuse for them not to come visit you.

u cant get banned for scaming its part of everyday life
i have reported many people and been reported for scaming and never had a warning a email or anything.
