A new way to scam accounts by email! :P

Hello. I'm sick of being leecher (as i've been here for like 1.5 years) so I decided to take a whack at a scamming art. Also, remember, I searched before posting.

-Requirements-
vBulletin Forum, that YOU have Admin access too. (This may work on other forums but I know vBulletin does work.)

A decent amount of people you want to scam, that are signed up on the forums.

The balls to scam your guildies.

-How to do it-

1) Login to the forum, like you would usually.
2) Go to the AdminCP
3) Under the "User" tab, select "Send email to users"
4) Change "Send Email" to "accountadmin@blizzard.com" or something to make it look legit.
5) Subject: Make it look legit, such as "Account Information" or whatever.
6) Copy/Paste your scam email form or whatever into the "message" box.
7) Go down and select "All Usergroups"
8) Make sure you hit "Include users that have declined admin emails?"
9) Go up to the top, verify everything. (Make sure "Test Email" is sent to "No" if you want to actually send it out. If you want to just test it, to make sure it can process the people, hit "Yes")
10) Hit submit right under and to the right of "Include users that have declined admin emails?"
11) Sit back and watch all the accounts come in.

-Anything else-
To make your scam email return to look legit, make sure you get an email that looks like Blizzard. Preferably, use blizzad.com If you need one, you can find the thread at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Just a question though, how do I get a emial name like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]? because i dont know how to do that and I wanna send emials. My other question is, can you put up any threads on how to make the notice look legit? thanks

Well, as of now, you cant get blizzard.com.

You have to settle with blizzad.net. Just PM Puhh for an email account.

As for the other things, just use the search. :P

maybe I'll try signing up on behalf of some other people on a self-made forum - does vbulletin require email verification, or can that be disabled?
