No need to be nervous , you wont get banned for this if its your first time at scamming .

The message "No procrastinating" will increase your chances of getting banned but all you're risking with this scam is a temp ban (unless Blizzard already knows you to be a scammer) . What i advise is to actualy find or make a small guide and then sell it , that way you would be making your chances of getting banned a near 0% .

THIS IS A REVISED AND THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE TO EXECUTE THIS SCAM. BTW IT ISN'T EVEN A SCAM ANYMORE!

GUIDE ON THE COD MAIL "SCAM"

1. Create a level one alternate and get him/her to a mailbox A.S.A.P
2. On that level one character, send as many letters as you want to you highest level character that say this:


The guide you just purchased is a leveling guide from 30-60. A guide from 60-70 is soon to come. I hope you enjoy your new pathway to faster leveling in World of Warcraft!


The Website for this guide is:

3. Log onto the character that you sent those letters to.
4. Create copies of all the letters. (They should now be [Plain Letter] in your inventory.)
5. Go to a major city (Stormwind, Ironforge, Orgrimmar.)
6. Create a macro that says the following (or something similar.)

WTS [Plain Letter] that contains information on how to get from level 30-60 in 3 days play time! Costs 1g and is not a scam. (You may order by C.O.D, direct trade in IF, or AH!)

7. Copy this macro by highlighting the text then pressing CTRL + C.
8. In the trade channel of the major city you are in, paste the macro (using CTRL + V) into the chat. (Do so about once every minute to not spam.)
9. People will start asking you things (I want to buy, what are the details, ect.) TELL THEM EVERYTHING. In the end,this actually ISN'T AT ALL A SCAM, JUST SHARING INFORMATION WITH OTHERS ON HOW TO LEVEL. (*NOTE* If people are reporting you, threaten to report them for reporting you under false pretenses. What you are doing isn't a scam and they have no proof that it is.*)

MOST IMPORTANT TOPICS
-You are selling this for 1g.
-Anyone can buy.
-You are advertising this through Trade Channels of major cities
-Advertising is against the ToC's so you might get some GM interference.


Here are some direct quotes of what people said to me about me scamming.
1)
THEM: I love how you didn't even post the link, reported, scammer.

ME: HAHA, well you have been reported too for reporting me under false pretenses, have fun with the GM's!

(He then ignored me.)

2)
THEM: Scammers, all of you, you have been reported to the gm's for scamming.

ME: Fine, then you will be reported too. I haven't scammed and you are committing a violation. Have fun with the GM's.

THEM: I think you are harassing me and I think you should leave.

ME: LOL, have fun with the GM's!

THEM: I will

(IGNORED)

This guy kept ranting on and on about how I was scamming (I wasn't)

He finally said he reported and then I said I reported him for reporting me under false pretenses.

This guy then had an emotional breakdown. He cried and begged not to be reported. The only way for me to recall the ticket
was for him to buy my product. He wanted to be friends too. HAHA

or include a link to an already created (preferably free) guide.

I say it's better to link to a free guide so they don't try reporting you for double charging them.

Thanks for the great feedback all and I appreciate it that everyone is enjoying my contribution. And you do not have to write your own guide, just find one on the internet. And btw, by selling information on where a guide is located (i.e. website) is not a form a plagiarism, so do not worry about legal factors when performing the scam.

You seriously must have done something terribly wrong. Remember, read mine so you are sure not to get banned. Mine isn't actually a scam and the only bad part about it is the Advertising portion because that is against the ToC.
