WoW ScamsWorld of Warcraft Whitehat Scamming Methods ONLY.
[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
Well everyone knows hasselhoffs posing as a company scam
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
But a few things ive noticed.
Using smaller words/sentences and smileys are better than using fancy words big confusing uneeded words.
For example
Scammer - Are you still selling your account ?
other way
Scammer - Are you still looking to currently sell your WoW account that you have posted on Markee Dragon?
Another thing that seems to make this scam work better is not throwing big walls of words at them
for example
Scammer - At this current time we are able to offer you a amount of 350.00 us dollars for your world of warcraft account. We require that you change e-mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and then give us the current login information and the first and last name registered to the account. We also require that you give us the sq/a for the account as well. Once all verifications have been made we will transfer the money to your paypal and give your a order id for any questions concerns and or problems you may have. If you do not accept this then we are sorry to inform you we cannot buy your account
* See that is what MOST scammers do wrong. As if anyone has ever sold to a site/company they never do this as they are not scamming you. Legit people act normal and do not go out of there way to look legit since they are. But scammers who go out of there way to look legit makes you actually look unlegit aka a scammer.
A better way to that part that has worked for me better is something like this
Scammer - Well since you can recall the account back when you want to we would like it if you went first.
Victim - Hmm How do i know your not a scammer.
Scammer - Well we have done many good buys/sells and i will stay online talking to you the whole time for any questions you might have.
Victim - I guess ok what do you want me to do?
Scammer - If you can change the e-mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] first thad be great =)
Victim - k h.o
Scammer - np
Victim - Ok now what?
Scammer - Alright well just login and do a password reset. Ill have the account rep check the e-mail to make sure u send it ok?
Victim - k np
Scammer - alright let me know when you did it
Victim - Ok did it.
Scammer - Let me have the account rep check real quick.
Scammer - While we're waiting you have any questions or anything? ( lol just seems to work better dont know why)
Victim - no not really
Scammer - Alright my account rep notified me that you did do a password reset.
Scammer - All we need now is your Last name and the sq/a
Victim ( Usually asks right about now ) When will i get the money?
Scammer - We have the payment ready to be sent.
Vicitim - Alright cool. Sq/a ****** last name ******
Scammer - Alright thank you very much let me just send the payment now =).
Victim - Alright cool
Scammer - Alright the payment has been sent ( NOT ) your order id is 5689d3 please visit our site if you have any concerns or questions.
Scammer - Have a good day.
alright that is basically what most of the convos i have look like.
I was freindly
Did not rush or make them feel uncomfortable
I kept talking constantly to make him feel more safe
ANd i didnt use big words that makes me look like a unreal buyer.
If anyone sells to sites that is one the convo is similiar to
Hope this helps some people who are having trouble getting this scam to work.
Not saying that hasselhoffs guide was bad or wrong just saying that this method of his scam works best for me.
Hope these tips help improve on his scam and makes it more succesfull
*I do not take credit for the scam itself, I simply thought of good ideas to addon to scam. The scam is Hasselhoffs and i even gave you the link to the scam*

i didnt ask him. I also didn't say i took credit for it. I am simply giving tips on a scam that I am saying what works best for me i did not ask for rep or anything. If hasselhoff wants me to delete it or edit it i will. I also im'd him a few times before posting it to ask him but he never answered.

How is it a fail?
It's a fail because acting illiterate doesn't make you seem legit, acting professional, like the actual sites such as accounts.net is how it is done and Hastlehoff's original post works about 300 times better than your "tips" ever could.
I didn't mean be "illiterate" i meant dont over do it.
Me wantZ 2 BIesz UR ccount PLEASE.... no
I am interested in ur account...yes
We here at accountbuys.net have seen your character on markee dragon and are currently interested in purchasing your World of Warcraft account that you currently have up for sale...no to much
Like i said some ppl might have better luck with hasselhoffs way. But when i do it my way it works better and smoother for me. And sites dont use big words and dont always use correct grammar...so yea. And try it out before you post saying it doesn't work
