So i scammed this account...

So i scammed this account. Transferred 2 70s from original account to a new fresh account. Can he do anything to get it back? I think i got his account banned. I spammed trade chat with racist comments, but he says only his character got deleted and his account is intact and now hes calling blizzard and what not to get his 70s back. Can he do anything to get it back? or am i safe and sound ?

I think you can't be more safer than that, but I'm not 100% sure if he got chances to get his account back somehow. Blizzard can ask you to send your ID to them or something, heard about this somewhere.

You are not safe if his account isn't permanent banned.
He can call up blizzard and they will lock his account. He will then have to send blizzard his identifications and be able to get his chars back while blizzard locks your account.

well you said, he said his account is fine but he thought his toon was deleted. (tho he probably just doesnt know it was xfer'd.

Did you speak with him on aim or in game when he told you this info?

Anyway if the account isn't perma banned it can be recalled.

Though my Friend has gotten his toon back after a perma ban (but i guess that depends on what that guy used to ban it)

Well there were 3 characters on the account. A lvl 63 that i did not xfer to a new account. I then xfered the 2 70s onto a new account i made with his name. Then i "tried" ( as in i don't know if i successfully banned the account) to ban his account by spamming trade on his lvl 63 with racist comments. Like saying where blizz can shove it, etc. He then contacted me via aim. Told me he had the xfer emails saying to what account his characters were xfered etc and that his warrior was banned.

He can get it back. Getting the old account banned is the most important part of the securing process and it appears you failed at it. =(

You made a big mistake by trying to get banned via language/harassment. Unless this person has been actioned for harassment many many times, you did not get him banned. To get an account all out banned, my best suggestion is to get CheatEngine (google it), crank up the Speedhack and go play some warsong on an alt still on the account. It doesn't matter what server you do it on, just find any alt capable of playing a BG and go to town with speedhack. If he has no alts, just make a lvl 1 toon and speedhack around a major city.
