if you scammed an account and it got locked because of the fake that they think your not the real owner this is what you do.
Take the e-mail blizz sent you fake e-mail it to the original owner and put in your e-mail to send it to like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or something and if it worked you should have there id to use and then you send that in. Not sure if there is a fake e-mail where when they reply to it you can get it sent to a legit e-mail. But if there is do that.
not sure of any legal problems this might cause so yea just a thought i came up with.
not tested! btw

See but they are doing everything already then you send that in. You dont have to notarize it since they are. I already did it to some kid but the only problem is that the current e-mail adress might not be on you have acess to so you just call in and recover it. Pretty simple
it has to be notarized too. so Your going to have a hard time making the fax place notarize something that you can't prove is yours. (their ID)
I doesnt need to be notarized. However this wouldnt work because in the form you MUST provide all the CURRENT info to the account. If you have changed anything like address or password or email (which im sure you have) the original owner will not be able to provide this in the form. soo...yea. pretty good idea other than that. They also do a pass reset when you fax in.

Yes, some of them do have to be notarized depending on the account retrieval form that you are assigned.
That's why you don't change any of the contact or billing information aside from the email..
This is a good idea, but I've been photoshopping long enough to where it's no longer more than a 5 minute job to put together the ID.
