I got the same exact problem...FFS DUDE I HAD A GUY, the funny thing is the scammer did the precise way he said you would. He even said the specific words in the end "check plz" and omg..The money was there but I had the same problem as this dude.

As of late, this has been happening to a lot of people, and it happened to me just a little bit ago.

However, I did it again with different but just as accurate registration information and it went flawless again, without any limitations or anything.

SO, in conclusion, the odds are that you're just getting unlucky. I know it's a bit frustrating to get limited after the 20 minutes of work you did to setup, but just forget about it and do it again until it doesn't happen.

Trust me, this still works.

Not sure exactly, but definitely over 400,000. I still think this is by far the best way to scam gold, as no other method I've ever heard of has ever yielded this much.

It's not necessary, no, but I like to do it for legitimacy. I think subconsciously it makes me think I've got longer before getting limited by the all-seeing eye of paypal.
