i dont know a clue about php but i do know how to make it look like how i want.
ill make it look like whatever and then get someone to make it record peoples inputs.

you can get all the php you need by google'ing something intelligent. most of it will come from the time when everyone was like "ZOMG MYSPACE PHISHERRZZ" but are still valid. tip for the future
