to get the cash from paypal, can i request a check? this way i will have my loot even if paypal decides to investigate my account *freezing it*
this will also save me from entering credit card/bank information, that paypal can use to stiff cash from me.
so if i request a check, i can cash it at a local store with a legit ID card *wink* *wink* this way the pharmacy cant get my ID info.
lastly, how long does a check from paypal take so that you can get the cash? i saw on the paypal site, says over 7 days, i dont mind kissing the buyers ass for 7 days until the check clears.
i do understand the the other verified paypal method works, but is this a good alternative?

Real scammers use bank transfer lol, (I got scammed out of an ipod one time)
With paypal, once you get the money into ur paypal cant u then transfer it into your bank account and end ur paypal account?
Also does it matter if the person gets money from paypal? they cant take it off of you once you have it as the disclaimer is in your ad..(does having the discalaimer on an illegal WoW account selling forums really count??)

Answer, No
Why?
Because if you just scam money and close your account and keep your money forever,
people would be making thousands of money everyday.
Your playing with real money and real money is like playing with fire, if you
**** up, your basically in deep shit.
2nd, you can't do this because it takes time for the money to go to your
bank account, and even if you close your paypal account, your account
doesn't disappear off paypal's account list. Paypal tracks you down and
take money back.
Trust me, it won't work

and mudfish, wow, this guide is made of win.
dont do anything with the money until you have settled with the buyer that the account is banned and they agree they are in the wrong (not likely) or until they try and chargeback and paypal investigates this but you win the dispute.
lets say you have $0 in your paypal before the scam then after you have $500. You think your in the clear so you go buy $200 worth of cd keys to re sell or whatever you want; point being this brings your balance to 300. If your buyer decides to charge back AFTER you bought your stuff, paypal will hold your money durring the dispute (pretty much taking it for the time being while the case is open)
If for whatever reason paypal ****s you over (common) and they win somehow, you are now -200$ in your paypal and they WILL get their money or it will show up on your credit report until you pay them.
Wrap up: spend the money after you when the disputed case with the money and its yours, or just wait a while (dont spend it same day!)
Worked flawlessly. Have 400$ in my personal paypal. Haven't had to dispute with Paypal because this buyer isn't freaking out, YET. I have confidence that paypal will side with me if any dispute should come up.

LOL, nice, makes total sense, thanks. im planning on selling my old retail account that is frozen, but im afraid of a charge back, so as long as i state on the transaction:
Virtual goods, non refundable, i will not be held resposible to anything that should happen to the account after the transaction, transaction final.
how does that sound? or can i add some more tweaks ^ ^ any suggestions? lol, cause if im dealing with my retail account that i worked on, i cant go "oomm danm you paypal" when i get charged back and lose the case, lol. please post a suggestion.
EDIT: i re-read ur guide bro
Quote:
"By accepting this money request you agree that you are paying for VIRTUAL goods that cannont be restored therefore this payment cannot be refunded under ANY circumstance. After accepting the seller is not responsible for anything done with the world of warcraft account."
i think that is what i was looking for ^ ^

rofl, ya i thought so, paypal would some how find a way to track me down even if i used a fake identity on paypal, then request a check.
wootwoot, mudfish is 7rep away from contributer...wootwoot!
great scam. i suggested to a friend that he try this with a chinese scammer, and so far so good. the person filed a chargeback, but he is calling paypal today to tell them what happend*wink*. If paypal lets him keep the money, then I just found a new way to scam money, fast.

yea Im working on a few tweaks so that its targeted towards Chinese farmers and makes it impossible for them to charge back.
my one friend that did this is trying to keep the money i speak.
the chinese guy said that he didnt send the money, and it was unauthorized (a new card from the chinese) so if paypal can prove it was him he will keep the money, otherwise the money will go back. but it can work, for sure
