Stealing account back

Can these popular WoW account buy/sell sites like topaccount, ige, toonstorm, accounts, etc.. take any serious legal action for stealing back an account you sold to them? or do they just bluff to try and stop that from happening?

Well, to be honest, what can they do? If they try to sue you, get it banned. You both lose. And with the account banned, what are they fighting for?

Also, i very much doubt they will sue you for 200 dollars lol.

they are buying it illegaly cuz its against blizz TOU so if they do try legal action most likly the case would be thrown out or you both would be charged with something for going against the TOU so i doubt they will take legal action

They wouldn't be able to do anything against the account. They can't take it to court because they have no evidence that the account was sold or traded because it is not a physical item. Also nobody owns it because blizzard owns it so there couldn't be a problem with ownership disputes. If they tried to take it up to blizzard they would just get shot down due to the rules and regulations the administration has set forth using the Terms of Use and EULA.

Blizzards terms of service are the rules which are operated within the game. This dosent make it the law, therefore buying or selling accounts is not illegal in anyway, it just infringes on their rules, which gives them the right to ban you, You cannot be legally charged for breaking blizzards terms of service either.
