Hey y'all
I have a couple thing i noticed about paypal.
Kept this to myself for awhile now.
[ USE A CANADIAN ACCOUNT FOR THIS]
1. If you scam and you want to keep they money before they recall just simply:
Change the currency of the money[IE from USD to Canadian] ,
The money they sent you will be in USD ( in this example) And if you switch to Canadian. you will have 0 USD but when they recall you will have negative USD but you will still have Canadian dollars you can send to a verified paypal and cash out to your bank after the dispute on your other paypal!
2. Goes along with 1 you know how i said you will have negative USD? well. you still have the Canadian dollars so that means . they have the money they recalled and you have the same amount of money in Canadian dollars . Hence DUPED 
Hope yall like. BOTH TESTED AND WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reputation: 10 | | | No. proxies get you limited. IP changing during transactions or 1 IP for 2 Paypal accounts will get you limited. |

Reputation: 10 | | | Nope. use a canadian account for this , you can send all your canadian dollars off even if you have negative USD but if you are doing this on a verified paypal you cant send it off b/c the negative evens out the positive equaling 0 $ |
