How are you suppose to talk them into giving you their first and last name

Can anybody tell me what you said after you got into the guild?
I mean, after joining a guild and saying "Can I have your guys emails First and Last names? I need to add you to my address book so I can email you if I need help" Seems kinda scammish to me. I wouldn't fall for it.

I basically have the persons account (I am in, I have his PW and his username and everything).

I want to keep the account now. I need to hack his email, and his email secret question is easy (What is his highschool).

I have his state and zip code, but I do not have his last name to look up his details on daplus.com.

I have googled around but can't dig up any derails on him. He has a myspace but it is not updated at all.
