Last time was on Friday, to be exact.

Asked for address, didnt have zip code so they asked for CDKEY.

For me they only asked for the cd key when I called asking to get the Secret Answer, I had all other information but that. That's literally the only time they asked me for it out of the hundreds of times I've called.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] that has to be a lie as blizzard does not retrieve your SQA on the phone you would have to mail them personal identification.
