I think this thread IS the scam. He claims that he has scammed some goldseller for 22k, said that it is idiot proof and needs a partner, why? If it is so easy, why do you need a partner that has a verified paypal account?

is common sense now and i dont see how come you need someone verified to do it when you did it without, possibly to send the money and recall it but that is risky as it is. for having that much gold all at once like that blizzard may notice and hmm he bought gold and take action. maybe you will get scot free, screenies would be useless as photoshoping is a possibility and neither would they let you go with 22k gold. they could have sent in a gm message stating you stole their gold or even to the fact you bought gold from them just to get you banned and take the loss. who to know.


point of fact is that this scam tech. is commonly used and rarily do the chinese accept emails as since they stall now to check paypal for actual funds and move them off to prevent scandal. sure grats on the gold but mind you, you are prob flagged for inspection now. and at midway/bottom in the convo posted remove your toon name.

i would personally try it but not for that amount nor would i post it because the less who actually try it the more chances you will succeed.
