A new scam I thought of on the phone with my gf

this scam may be illegal in real life but most of these scams on mmowned are legal but are illegal in wow. no self respecting judge will put someone in jail for stealing virtual property anyways. i'd do this scam i just dont feel like waiting and buying a new acc lol

A oral or typed deal is binding.

You said to him you will pay him after, and if you aren ot doing it, it is ILLIGAL and against the law.

Here is what you could maybe charged with. Although its very unlikely, I belive this could apply to deciving a person out of a service also.

Theft by deception.
(a) Offense defined.--A person is guilty of theft if he intentionally obtains or withholds property of another by deception. A person deceives if he intentionally:

creates or reinforces a false impression, including false impressions as to law, value, intention or other state of mind; but deception as to a person's intention to perform a promise shall not be inferred from the fact alone that he did not subsequently perform the promise;
prevents another from acquiring information which would affect his judgment of a transaction; or
fails to correct a false impression which the deceiver previously created or reinforced, or which the deceiver knows to be influencing another to whom he stands in a fiduciary or confidential relationship.

(b) Exception.--The term "deceive" does not, however, include falsity as to matters having no pecuniary significance, or puffing by statements unlikely to deceive ordinary persons in the group addressed.

To the poster of "trasnfer it off" you would have to have the same last name of the "scammed" account of your main.

so it wouldnt work : P

^^^ Create 2 accounts using BS names like Harry Sax or something lol. Then

you could do the transfer and you just got a free PL, gold, items, ect. for the

cost of 2 accounts. Which you could use the scam account over and over if

your lucky enough to sucker people into this and keep transfering to the one

you will play .

I never even thought about that one.

Only bad thing is, is that you have to keep paying for both accounts to be up, and you have to pay for the transfers

hey guys Thar has to be a way to get account pass words I'm learning c programing and if you know what it is used for you can add a keylogger to a program
send it over lime wire tornet web sites and bingo you are set now if any body knows how to do this pls post back and we could make some green and why sell it when you can use him to farm gold and then sell gold 20 for what ever amount and after a while you will make some green
