We have started BETA on our new Mailer. We are Looking for EXPERIANCED php coders, as well as MySQL users. This is a FREE Job, and you must be able to prove your worth. The new BETA offers a HUGE array of new additions to the MMOmailer system.

MMOmailer.com was under attack not to long ago. Our servers were DDoSed to nothing by 17 diffrent attacks including Port phucks, port floods, Ping Attacks, File Bandwidth downloaders and a few more. During this time MMOMailer.com was unavailable as the code would not be allowed to pass through the domain. Unfortunatly these actions led to a cause of script breaking. Because of the nature of this program, it had to be done in Ruby on Rails. Someone decided it would be a good idea to poke around and SQL inject into the main codes of a few of our scripts. That's fine, now we know whats broken. I assume they got what they wanted becayse they did a dump on the source code to find where our files were etc. Thats fine also. I will make sure we get everything back to normal as soon as we can. Until then, just hold strong.

UPDATE: May 30th 2008
MMOmailer.com has returned. The new version will be going live fairly shortly. We had to make some adjustments to prevent and circumvent a legal case between Blizzard + ICANN. Due to the domain dispute as well as there " Bad Faith " rule, the hosting section has been temporarily disabled while we make it a bit more legal. We will still allow hosting of anything however you must agree to a TOS which would dictate what would happen should you get caught phishing. It sound stupid, I know, but its to prevent a little mishap like this from happening again.

On the positive side, MMOmailer.com Email service is still running, so go start sending out emails!

HISTORY: May 27-30th 2008
Dear MMOwned users, last night Blizzard decided to launch a legal attack against the MMOmailer service. Due to certain key terms that were used on our site we were forced to suspend the account which it is hosted on temporarily while we adjust the wording to properly reflect what it was designed for. From now the site when onlocked after reprogramming, will be used for site hosting, and you will have to agree that you will not use it as a phisher site, otherwise we will have to "adjust" the profile.

Blizzard Legal has the upperhand on this one as we refuse to block the US IP since we are hosted outside US Soil. Fear not, when MMOMailer returns with new TOS and Agreements, you will be able to upload, ANYTHING again. If a phish site is detected ore reported, the account will be locked and moved to storage for the user to reclaim files temporarily for 45 days. If the threat continues you will be removed from the cluster.

We will resume normal hosting soon, but for now just keep checking back for updates.

I am afraid I am working as hard as I can until then the account action is above even me and I work for the company.
