a few issues, @hotmail accounts are some of the worst ones to try to setup for this, use Gmail, or a lesser used one.

another thing, i would create a false website instead and forward them to the "Account upgrade Template"

if you need help creating it there are a few people here good at advanced HTML code, i'm okay at it but good in basic. just get somone to help.

i say GMail, because not too many adults use hotmail, it's usually @ Sympatico, cogeco, rogers, bell etc, or GMail..... plus it says GM mail pretty much lol
