I found a great sub-forum dedicated to Social Engineering. I posted it in scams because SE is a big part of many scams.
I know some people might see this as an ad.

The reason im posting this when there's a rule about it is because of the other row:
"It's the moderators judgement if he/she thinks it's spam/advertisement or not."
Every scammer should learn SE and this is a great place to start
