NOTE THIS IS RISKY
Ok. What you want to do is make a video of deleting your char. You can do this by either deleting a 70 on a private server or editing a short clip of a lvl 70 found on a youtube vid and then edit a short vid after that of the same server on a diff account in which there is no 70 on it.
Then in no time at all you will have people PMing you asking for your account info. This is where it gets risky.
What you are going to do is give them your user name and password ONLY for your account. They will probably try and change the e-mail so you just decline it from your e-mail whenever they do. If your lucky the person will lvl a char to 70 on your account and you simply use the password recovery system and collect your 70.
The average wait time i have found is between 4 weeks to a month for someone to lvl a char to 70 because most of the people who ask for your account info is just trying to score a free account.
Things to note:
If they sound chinese when they PM you, they probably are.
If they give you a long boring sob story, most of the time they are the ones you want to scam.
SIDE NOTE: I would suggest doing this with a scammed account in which you know the info for as you can be scammed yourself.
