This is a method I have been using for quite a while and I have found that when done correctly it has a 100% chance of working!

What you do is the following:

1 Wait until the person has logged of and log on

2 Open a ticket and have a sort of joke conversation with the gm try to make them laugh and just be normal *Jokingly question them on stupid things, gain their trust*

3 After chatting for a bit ask if are allowed to know their name

4 They will tell you that you can not find it out because it is against their policy or something

5 Then ask if they know yours, they'll say yes and you simply say prove it.

6 Wash rinse repeat with different variations and different gms eventually you will have enough information to fully scam the account

7 ?????

8 Profit

not only that, but GMs read the prior convo's that you have had with other GMs before they see you (in my experience), so they are likely to see what you did before and notice you are just getting more info from social engineering.


and then there is the problem w/ waiting 5+ hours just to talk to a GM

yeah they won't tell you probably won't tell you, since #1: They probably don't have access to that information to begin with.

I did this last night, joke around with the GM don't go straight to the question, and on my server Eldre'thalas US We get responses quickly so I have no idea what you guys are talking about. BTW this is mainly for just the last name so you can transfer character off [Obvious imo] but I got the GM to say my last name and adress. I doubt it would work with the SQ/A but you can try that, or you can be rude and just insult my attempt at contributing.

Again I DID get the info for an account using this method, believe me or not, but why not try this? What is there to lose?!

I think it might be against GM's policy to reveal any information about the account.

You know that GMs are game wide, not server wide right? the same GMs do all of the servers, not specific ones for each
