im not sure about that, but its not possible anymore, if u dont have the sq/a for the account u are transfering off of.

check out this link, its the FAQ for PCT and it says it there, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] its the 3rd question down

"To initiate a transfer between two accounts where you are the subscriber, you will need to specify the account name associated with the account you wish to transfer a character to, and answer the 'secret question' for the account you are transferring the character off of (source account). Without this information an account to account transfer will not be possible."

doesnt work against people that are the OO, all they have to do is call in even though you banned the account and say they never did such thing, they investigate, i think a day later they will unlock it because they will see it wasnt there ip on the account and they you say you main is missin and they reverse the transfer and delete the account/or ban the one you payed to have the character transfered too.

Trial ACCOUNT DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. Don't waste money on CD-Keys. It does not work to check name anymore.

I didn't check that, but on most accounts you can be sure even without checking through that.
