correct me if i'm wrong (and i hope i am), but don't you need the sq/a in order to transfer from one account to another, even if the names are the same and they are on US?

I tried contacting blizzard, and even with all the information i have, they still want me to send in a photocopied ID with my name and dob on it.

I have never transfered to a new account, and im sitting on several but have been trying to figure out the secret answer.

Well for exmple in last big banwave I had glided with fully updated version of Glider on my trial account, Trial account got straight perma ban so if you use a) outdated Glider or b) Glider with all security options on least and you shout "LOOK I AM GLIDING LOLOLOLOLOL" in orgrimmar in the evening + report yourself to GM it is secure perma ban for sure

well they wanted that for me to reset the sq/a cause i didnt know what it was and i thought it was needed to transfer to a new account

i just took 2 70's off of an account I had, the username had the guys last name in it. So it was easy. I then ran around Org on a 61 that he had and shouted curse words and was running an old cheat engine speed hack and shouting that I was speed hacking, I'm preatty sure I got the account banned lol. Thanks for the awesome guide

Some person asked me whether you really only need the last name for a transfer. As you can see: yes, you do.
