I tried this
used the white pages and used the guys fist letter of last name
and made sure every piece of information was correct but
got that error every time.
sucks because he has best drood staff in game.. s3.. full t6.. epic flight form..

You mean you got that error when trying to transfer the character to the trial account (for checking reasons)?
Otherwise it would suck if you already used up the keys..
