It may be that the owner isn't old enough to be listed on that page. In that case, just leave the First name away and you will find his parents (at whom he/she lives - common sense ftw).

I have tried all your steps and it did not work the dude just recalled all his shit back.

But I did not try to get his account banned thats a good idea I will do that next time

banning people's accounts for no reason isn't cool at all. unless you need to to keep the account avoid it, it gives scammers an even worse name then we already have.

But you need it, because otherwise the thing that happened to the poster above you would happen.
And btw, you can't get scammers a good name. Either you are a scammer and don't care, or you are the scammed one and hate them.

You might get a Blizzard rep that is dumb enough to give help you with the secret question answer, but that is doubtful. You need to also remember that Blizzard can and normally will ban any account associated with account that received the initial ban. Usually, this will happen at the same time or within a few days, at most.

I know this because I have had accounts banned before and they have banned accounts with different payment information. The only link(s) was the name on the account and, of course, the fact that both accounts were used at the same location. I doubt Blizzard will ban an account that is accessed from the same IP address that another banned account used; I will not say it would never happen.

To get the secret answer you need to provide them all the info (name, adress etc)
and the cdkey you used when making the account AND the last 4 digits of the credit card used on the account plus the expiration date OR the full gamecard code. If you cant provide them with the gamecard or creditcard then you'll have to take a pic of your driverslicense/passport/ID and fax it or email it to them.
