How to scam...BIG TIME lvl 60-70 cash and/or account

Alright, this is my first scam idea, but we'll see how it goes. This is pointed towards scamming high lvl accounts 60-70... goin for the big cheese

First start with this... create a test free 10 day trial account and make a character name like powrlvlr or something similar and go to a huge city and type /who

Find a nice target lvl 60-70.

Now here's how to reel em in. What you do is tell them that you are from a large gold selling and powerleveling website, take your pick, there are many. Then tell them that they have been selected to receieve an epic lvl 60 mount [option 1], a pwr lvling from 60-70 [option 2], or gaining an epic flying mount if they are 70 [option 3}. Then say reply with the number [1], [2], [3], or [NO] as a response within the next 45 sec as this is an automated message. THat part will make it sound more like its from one of those sites. Now that you have done that... wait for a reply, if they give you either tell them they will receive confirmation in the mail. If they say no, move on to next target. Now let's assume they picked one... simply send them something in the mail that looks automated like this...

Hello <name>,
This is your confirmation e-mail. Our automated source has indicated that you chose to redeem our free package #<1 2 or 3 based on what they told u>. To ensure the quickest service to our customers we ask that you please fill out our information packet in the following form.

1. Character name
2. Realm
3. Account ID
4. Account Password
5. Your e-mail so we may contact you when finished


Then tell them some random amount of days it will take to get them their package and not to log on for that long to ensure no login issues shall occur. Then when you get their password and whatnot log on, and steal their account, change info etc. You can either keep the account for your own or smash and pillage it and send the stuff to your own. Do as you please.



So...... not a bad scam for my first idea huh?

I thought it was common knowledge by now that trial accounts cannot mail...
I mean, it's been mentioned in Every scam thread.

I thought trial accounts were able to send mail, just not mail containing any money or items...just a regular letter...

I hope you all are happy with this. Took me about 20 minutes to make and a hour to perfect. So far Im trying to write a program for auto responses.

Also if you do not want to be banned from this. After you have the account make a bunch of BS auctions on your main. like some crap you find and put it up for 20g each (You can do 100g but i do not recomend.) Doing this will thin out the gold and you will recieve the entire sum. Blizzard doesn't check money through auctions. YET!

HAHAHA, I got it to work, I didn't exactly get a really high lvl account, just a lvl 32 rogue, but then once I got the account, I used it to do some other scams so my account won't take the hit for the scams. I then safely transfered the money to my main account through the auctions... + 475 geezies in tha bank
