What you need:

1. A account used for scamming (bannable)
2. Ip changer (Tor is great)
3. A mate or 2 computers (optional)

Step 1.

Post in trade that you want to sell a expencive item on your main account, sun pattern or something like void crystal x100.

Step 2.

Go to your scammer account (or make your mate do it or use another computer), change the ip with Tor.
Send a letter to your main char asking if he still have to item that was for sale.
Ofc /w works alot better.

Step 3.

Discuss price and method.

Step 4.

In this step I usually say that the item is in the guild bank so you will have to logg on the guild bank char to get the item out.
You pretend to agree to this on your scammed account and send the money via mail to your main.

Step 5.

Now you take the scammer account and get it banned in any way that you prefere. And get it done fast.

Step 6.

You now go back to your main char, and in a few hours you send a mail to the banned account asking where he went, and ask him to meet you in game to trade the item.

Now you have the gold on your main char, and no one can say that you dident think that you where going to do a sweet deal here.

I also used this same trick, the part that I changed was:
when I posted in trade I said "WTS all of the crap on my bankchar for 5k/g"
Cus I really have a lot of shit on my bank char, so that if the GM really wants to work he will find out that you actually have the items that you told you had.
From there I fake dcèd and came back the other day to dicover that there where no player with the name who I made a deal with.

Yes this do sacrifice an account, but this account should be a scammed account that you dident pay a thing for

The other method I tried is this.

You simply pull off the CoD scam against yourself, then you send a mail to the scam toon where you say
"I want my gold back or I will report you"
Then the scammed account reply
"ok, I will give anything please dont report me"

You then reply that you want 10k g.
The scam toon will then send you all of his gold and stat "I dont have anything more, hope that this is enough, please dont report me"

A GM can not ban you for this, you are not breaking any laws at all!
You are simply getting offered some free gold

NOTICE! whenever you are changing account you _have_ to use a IP changer!

I'll give it a shot, looks nice. Kinda worried that it'll get all the accounts involved banned though

True, there is a risk for that. but so far that havent happend to me.
Blizzard want someone to blame, and when they get your scam account I think that they will be more than happy

I don't think IP changers work for games, do they?

when you change your ip, all the info going out from your computer will go to a proxy server and then it will appear like you are in a some other location then you really are.
So yes IP changers work for games as well

Big mistake there mate...

Use the proxy on the SCAMMED ACCOUNT ONLY, using the same IP address each time if possible. If Blizz sees your main account's IP moving, they'll know somethings up. Ban. Using the same proxied IP address on the scammed account means that the access point was static and should cut down on Blizz intervention.
