means either ur using a email that was previously on another paypal.. or their now tracking ip's .. if your on a router (adsl/dsl) just turn it off for 30 seconds and then back on.. your external ip is now changed.... if it does not change then get an ip hider for when registering.

someone please notify a admin on my ban, i spoke with Matt when i received reports that i was banned, obv the site is up. atm i am at school and created another account to get answers. to my knowledge i have done NOTHING to deserve the ban (dont even know why i was at that). my last post was in shoutbawx talking to Apoc about his OB program and the features he had. i went to sleep leaving my bots on and went to school.. i checked up on mmowned and i wasnt banned at that time either, i go to school and at this exact time i try to login to my account and it is banned. ive already had a lengthy chat with matt yesterday about the ddos attacks (dont you ****ing blame me; i have nothing to do with this bs).

& admins, when i get home ill be contacting you nonetheless.

When i press confirm location it wants my credit card, and when i press confirm bank it wants bankname, number etc...
